Neurological rehabilitationParkinson's physiotherapy at home in Perth.
Mobile physiotherapy across Perth metro and the Peel region. We come to your home, gym, pool or community.
Regular exercise is one of the most useful things you can do with Parkinson's. Physiotherapy focuses on walking, balance, freezing, turning and getting up from a chair or the floor, practised in the places you move every day.
We work at any stage, from building fitness soon after diagnosis to reducing falls and supporting carers later on.
You see Simon, an experienced physiotherapist, at every session, and your progress is shared with your treating team and funder.

When should I start physio for Parkinson's?
As early as possible. Starting exercise soon after diagnosis builds fitness and good habits, and we adjust the program as things change.
Can you help with freezing?
Yes. We use cueing strategies such as rhythm, visual targets and attention, and practise them in the doorways, kitchens and busy places where freezing tends to happen.
